Liver Disease? I don't know anything about liver disease, so can you guys help me out here? My friends dog has liver disease, I'm not sure how serious it is, but is sounds like it's pretty bad. Her dog was suppose to go for surgery to help her out, but becayse the liver didn't get better the dog is not going for surgery now. So I was just wondering what will happen to my friends dog? Will she have to be put to sleep because of it or what? Thanks! My friends dog is probably between 7 months old and 1 year. My friend got her dog from an alchoholic guy. So my friend thinks that her dog Molly already had a bit of liver disease when she got her.

Liver disease? I just found out that my dad has liver disease. They have been hiding it from me and I wanted to know some stuff about it. How serious is canine liver disease? I am a 23 year old struggling student and I have a 4 year old Shih Tzu. I took him to the vet yesterday because he was very sick. The vet told me he needed to keep my dog over night to preform tests on him. Question about cat greens and liver disease? Our cat has liver disease.We grow the cat greens that you get from pet stores etc. for our other cats seeing they are indoor cats and use the greens to aid digestion etc. Is it OK to let the sick one eat those greens? Ultrasound and blood test no unusual results for liver damage/disease?
