Can young people benefit from kidney and liver cleansing?
i am a male 21 years old five foot 6inches 154 pounds and is in good health. Ive brought Higasan(liver cleanser blend and Rinosan(kidney cleanser blend. They are made from botanical herb extracts and made by a company called Nuestra Salud. Would I benifit from this and if so can i drink them both together? Also can i mix them together in the same cup? i already drunk one cup. will this harm me?

- There's no such thing as cleansing your kidney or your liver (except for the natural processes they do on their own, you have no control over these.) Many herbal extracts are linked to kidney failure; you think you are helping but in reality your organs are being forced to deal with an unusual substance that may well be contaminated as it does not need to pass any safety tests. Why do they sell these? Because people are conned into buying them! Put this down to experience and put the herbs in the trash. Eat fresh fruit and veg, cut down on alcohol and unhealthy food to ensure your body is being helped to keep healthy.
- i am 21 years old and i have not only passed 6 mm stones but i had an 11mm stone it was visible across the room anyway dont drink shit to clean them it dont do any good and really kindof fucks up the whole natural processes...
- 1. There is no rational reason why you should want to cleanse your liver and kidneys. 2. There is no evidence that these cleanses work, there is no plausible mechanism for them to work.
- Of course. Not sure about the brand you have mentioned though. I would follow the instructions. As for detoxing, this is proven effective...and this is shown on the UK tv series - spa of embarrassing illnesses. I have personally had excellent results from the liver detox herb milk thistle. http://www.amandahamilton.co.uk/success-stories-c-334.html
- You will be fine......I would talk to my doctor before taking anymore though
- The only thing getting cleansed from these products is your wallet. Please don't buy anymore of them. Give the money to a charity or a person who has been unemployed for a year.
